Our reception staff are your first contact at the practice and are here to help you. When you call for medical attention they will ask you for medical personal details and they do this under the instruction of the doctors. The more information you are able to give them, the easier it will be for them to assist you and help the doctors work more effectively. All information given to them is treated in confidence and they are bound by the same codes of conduct as the doctors and nurses.
